Story
Dr. Brynn Winegard has always been endlessly fascinated by the human brain: the most sophisticated technology as yet discovered, that controls everything about us, from our perceptions and actions to our personality and destiny. She feels purpose-driven to help others understand and utilize their brains better to alleviate stress, overwhelm, and anxiety while enhancing productivity and achieving peak performance - at work and in life.
Even as a young child, Brynn would state her grown-up ambitions were to become a neurosurgeon to ‘improve people’s brains.’ Once in medical studies, she realized the powerful effect of changing the brain ‘from the inside out’ rather than from ‘the outside in’ through surgery. This epiphany led her to pursue extensive formal education, earning multiple degrees in neuroscience, psychology, behavior, biology, neuroendocrinology, cognitive sciences, medical sciences, and commerce.
Career
Dr. Brynn Winegard’s journey in business development for pharmaceutical and consumer health companies provided her with a firsthand understanding of the profound impact of neuroscience insights. As her colleagues often remind her: “Research is Me-search,” a phrase that resonates deeply with her to this day.
In the third act of her career - after a decade in corporate America and another as a full-time Professor - Dr. Brynn has dedicated herself to sharing her research and professional insights with audiences from the stage or the screen. Her mission is to make the complex science of neuroscience practical, accessible, and applied, to help professionals harness their potential, feel more motivated, and get more done.
